My Aquascience class recently dissected oysters.  Here's an iMovie I made of that day.  This is my first iMovie project and it took me several hours but I enjoyed doing it.  This is my first attempt of "my conversion" into the technology revolution.  It's also on YouTube.  Click on this link to see it there:
